  • Responsibilities

    Qualified candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in tests, troubleshoots, repairs production electronics components, parts, equipment, and systems by performing the essential duties listed below.

    • Lays out, builds, repairs, modifies and performs basic test functions on developmental and production electronics components, parts, equipment and systems.
    • Checks functioning of newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.
    • Troubleshoots, digital, analog, fiber optic and high voltage circuitry to component level using schematics and drawings.
    • Conducts basic tests on items such as RF cables, bulkheads, continuity test.
    • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

    Required Skills

    Training: Must be able to operate volt meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, high voltage power supplies and other equipment associated with a normal test environment. Must have previous ISO9001 or AS9100 work experience along

    with FOD prevention 5S.

    Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training.

    Computer skills: Personal computer literate. Spreadsheets, word processing and presentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Vibration testing will require the use of ear protection. Work area is usually subject to air conditioning/heating. Will occasionally work with high voltages up to 15000 volts.

    Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $25.19/hour- $37.79/hour
