    Are you a motivated and results-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in the automotive industry? We're seeking a talented Automotive Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Parc Auto LLC dba Meineke Car Care. This is an hourly position that is also eligible for monthly bonus.

    Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

    Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, from greeting and diagnosing vehicles to explaining repair options.

    Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of automotive technicians to achieve high performance.

    Shop Operations: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.

    Sales & Revenue: Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and upselling.

    Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including estimates, payments, and recordkeeping. Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.

    Strong leadership skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

    Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

    In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).

    Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software).

    Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required).
