The MVMT is a fast-growing personal development and business mastermind based in Dallas, TX. Led by visionary entrepreneur Billy Cox. We help business owners and high-performers grow through structured mentorship, powerful events, and an engaged community of action-takers. We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Member Experience Coordinator to join our in-office team full-time. In this role, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for MVMT members — welcoming them into the community, answering their questions, supporting them with basic tech and billing needs, and showing up with excellence at our live events. You’ll be part community manager, part customer support rep, and part event operations assistant — all rolled into one. Responsibilities: Community Management • Host onboarding calls for new MVMT members and ensure a smooth, high-energy welcome • Manage our private Facebook group: approve posts, moderate content, and monitor engagement • Follow up with inactive members and keep communication flowing throughout the customer journey Customer Support • Respond to member inquiries via email, HighLevel CRM, and SMS within 1 business day • Handle course access issues, billing questions, and basic platform troubleshooting • Maintain accurate CRM notes and escalate technical issues as needed Event Support • Assist with live event prep, including name badges, printouts, and swag bags • Support day-of execution at events: check-ins, merch table, attendee questions • Represent the MVMT brand with professionalism and positive energy on-site Qualifications: • Friendly, sharp, and self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Tech-comfortable (especially with CRM platforms like HighLevel, and tools like Google Drive) • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball • Experience in events or membership-based communities is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person team environment near Dallas, TX Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
