As a MemberX Coordinator, you are the first line of contact for our members, playing a critical role in shaping their experience. You are well-versed in all aspects of our fitness programs and studio operations, ensuring smooth and welcoming interactions. You are key to providing superior customer service, assisting members with class selections, bookings, and any questions they may have. Additionally, you will conduct outreach to new members, guiding them through their introduction to ONYX, and are responsible for selling memberships by helping members select the perfect option to meet their fitness and wellness goals.
