The Member Relationship Representative is a customer service position that provides financial services to our members by accurately processing transactions, opening new accounts, as well as offering products and services to educate our members on how we may be able to save them time and/or money. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, a great communicator and have strong attention to detail to accurately and efficiently process transactions. The successful candidate will have a professional approach in dealing with others, work well in a team environment, as well as, demonstrate a member-focused, service-oriented, positive attitude. Must be comfortable with educating members on credit union products and services. Requires strict adherence to confidentiality and protecting member sensitive data. Strong personal computer skills required.

Qualifications Required:

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Qualifications Desired:

Previous credit union, financial institution, cash handling, member service, sales or related experience preferred
