    About the Role:

    Join DJD Fitness as a Member Service team member, where you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our valued members. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others achieve their wellness goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

    Manage membership inquiries, including sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.

    Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and member areas.

    Assist in scheduling classes and personal training sessions.

    Handle member feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.

    Promote gym programs, services, and special events to members.

    Collaborate with team members to create an engaging community atmosphere.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fitness or hospitality is a plus.

    Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness concepts is advantageous.

    Proficient in using computer systems and membership management software.

    Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.

    Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
