    Position Title: Membership Advisor

    Reports To: Area Director

    Classification: Full-Time, Exempt

    Job Summary:

    The Membership Advisor will be responsible for producing consistent monthly sales by enrolling prospective members in the club. He/She will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch brand.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for external Membership Sales, bringing the business in.

    Model and promote the mission, values and guiding principles of Fitness Holdings through appropriate appearance, words and actions.

    Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience.

    Adhere to all operational excellence standards related to providing a great member experience.

    Consistently look for opportunities to gain new members and elevate service levels.

    Prospect for qualified leads and create traffic through mailers, referrals, outreach, etc.

    Field corporate opportunities and collaborate with the Area Director to determine corporate perks.

    Create external partnerships with vendors for in-club promotions.

    Responsible for flyer distribution and driving door swings.

    Develop relations within community and local small businesses by involving club in community events.

    Build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals.

    Work with the Marketing Department to ensure marketing campaigns and agendas are followed through within club.

    Determine prospect’s goals and motivation, be knowledgeable of all products, programs and services and ensure prospects understand the value of our services.

    Reach and surpass monthly sales projections.

    Perform all basic transactions including billing change, freeze, club to club transfer, member to member transfer.

    Attend sales and training meetings as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Previous sales experience a must.

    Fitness club experience preferred.

    An entrepreneurial spirit

    Confidence to perform on an incentive based salary

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition

    Personal passion for health and fitness

    Enjoy working within a team

    Strong time management skills and practices

    Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
