  • Responsibilities

    The Fitness Membership Director is mentor to the Membership Advisors and together leads the team to success. This leadership position plays an integral role on the Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness Center management team, learning Center operations while mastering sales achievement as a career path to General Manager.

    POSITION OVERVIEW, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Hands on Sales Director who is responsible for personal sales goal.

    Achieving or exceeding personal sales and team sales in new member enrollment results.

    Executing the sales and marketing plan within budget

    Ensuring the integrity of the Center and the guest experience from community/corporate outreach with prospecting, touring, presenting benefits of membership to the accuracy of paperwork

    Facilitating successful orientation and ongoing customer service to engage new and current members in programs and services offered at the center

    Training, scheduling, mentoring and motivating team members utilizing Healthtrax resources, standard operating procedures, best practices, job shadowing and regular team and individual meetings

    Ensuring adherence to company standards as set forth in the Employee Handbook

    Exhibiting a desire for learning, research and continual growth for professional development

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Candidate with 3 or more years in sales and management with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and developing and retaining team members. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or health related field, preferred. Prospecting and telephone skills necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Office. CPR Certified and, or willing to renew or obtain it upon hire.
