Job Description:
The Membership Manager is responsible for overseeing membership sales, facility tours, and member retention. This individual will also be responsible for coaching classes weekly.
Responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals.
Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.
Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
Responsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals
Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community
Coaching Responsibilities & Duties:
Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it), Personal Training Certification is highly preferred
1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer (or show us you are willing to learn)
Plenty of hours on offer must be available on weekends
Character, care, and communication skills
Energetic and attentive
Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
