Perspire is the original Infrared Sauna Studio! We started with one location in Orange County, California, and are expanding rapidly throughout the entire nation, and now in Leawood! Job Summary

Do you love talking to friends and family about health and wellness? Do you easily connect with people? If so, this may be the role for you! We are looking for a candidate who is reliable and radiates positive energy. This position is primarily responsible for customer service, maintaining a clean studio environment, and selling memberships to guests. Our Membership Sales Associates are critical to our business because they set the pace for every guest’s experience which impacts our company's growth on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy

Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere

Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. MindBody software experience is a plus!

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Provide consistent, top-notch customer service

Maintain clean facility and studio appearance

Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistance

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Ability to engage comfortably with customers

Reliable and punctual; must adhere to scheduled shifts consistently

Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and benefits of sauna and red light therapy

Proactive and self-motivated; able to work independently as well as part of a team

Comfortable with handling inquires, providing information, and addressing customer concerns

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate peak membership times

Shifts/Hours Sundays 7:30am to 1:30 pm Tuesdays 3pm to 9:15pm Friday 1pm-7:15pm Additional hours or shifts may be available depending on business needs.
