    Overview: Join our team as a Membership Sales Supervisor and be part of a dynamic and growing organization We are a new Infrared Sauna Studio in New Hampshire offering 10 private Sauna Suites. We are seeking individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to drive membership growth and engagement.

    Major Responsibilities Include ( but will not be limited)

    -- Cleaning saunas, maintaining high levels of cleaning standards

    -Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management -New employees: Hiring, Onboarding, Training Program -Develop, Coordinates, and Enforces systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards -Ability to speak clearly about membership benefits and features -Social Media: Posts, Stories, Emails and all other parts to improve social media for our studio -Designs a bi-weekly studio schedule where all operational hours are staffed -Maintain high level of customer service

    • Communicate effectively with potential members to promote the value of our memberships
    • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to meet sales targets
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers -Handle and Oversee accounts, documenting, freezes and suspensions -Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance -Make sure studio is open properly and covered daily

    -Positive Mindset, Energetic and Smiles when they talk -Must be able to move quickly and clean in between clients and maintain studio standards. -Sales Experience

    • Prior customer service experience preferred -A fast learner with positive attitude, remain calm in fast pace environment and under pressure -Results Driven and Goal Orientated -A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision -Excellent time management skills

    Education and Experience

    • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

    • Three years’ experience in customer service

    Shift/ Pay Job Type: Part-time -Full time

    Pay: $15+ Bonuses

    Expected hours: 25 min up to 40 per week

    Must be able to work a flexible schedule including rotating on weekends.
