    Job description

    Position Overview

    Mental Health Associates (QMHAs) provide hope and opportunity for our clients in residential treatment to make progress toward recovery. QMHAs in the residential setting provide individual and group clinical services, including skills training, case management, community supportive treatment and activity therapy. Our treatment team includes clinical supervision to further develop your personal fulfillment in a career working with individuals in need, as well as to provide opportunity to develop a treatment curriculum that engages with the unique needs of our clients.

    Our Program

    Our Restoration Treatment programs provide mental health services for adults with psychiatric needs. We offer a continuum of care to guide our clients along their journey to psychiatric recovery and stability by providing a variety of therapeutic treatments aimed to meet their individual goals. We strive to create an environment where healing and restoration can occur for all individuals.

    Qualifications

    3 years experience in the mental health or related field or a Bachelor's degree is Psychology or a related field (Required). If you are not sure if you meet this requirement, please apply anyway! We will review your experience and education and let you know if you qualify.

    Experience working in a residential or outpatient mental health setting providing skills training, case management, community supportive treatment, supported employment or activity therapy (Preferred).

    A valid driver's license (Required).

    Ability to pass a criminal background check (Required).

    Compensation:

    $22.00 Per Hour, $2.00 differential for NOC and weekends

    Shift: Day and Swing Shifts Available: Willow Creek is a new program so specific schedules will be discussed at the time of interview. Hiring for multiple shifts and full/part time!
