Annual Compensation Potential: $70,000-100,000+
Community Empowerment Services has three beautiful practice locations in Massachusetts with well-appointed offices. All locations provide both in-office and remote service delivery for clients. Each clinician is provided an electronic device with HIPAA-compliant secure email, Microsoft Outlook Suite, and a web-based EMR system to support them in their clinical role. Providers receive paid individual supervision and have the opportunity to engage in peer consultation groups. APA & ASWBA-approved continuing education training is also provided. Our practice has an onsite team of amazing administrative staff who handle all aspects of administration from credentialing to client intake document management, to managing the billing department. They perform many essential administrative duties for clinicians, allowing clinicains to prioritize their primary role of treating their client
Job Summary Master Level and Licensed Mental Health Clinicians provide outpatient counseling to a diverse population of individuals seeking mental health /behavioral health care. Clinicians will actively engage and collaborate with the group's interdisciplinary team of providers, including therapists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Child Life Therapists to support client goals, professional growth and practice initiatives.
Responsibilities
Cultivate positive & therapeutic relationships with clients
Conduct intake assessments & diagnosis
Formulate treatment plans
Provide evidence-based counseling services & interventions
Complete (SOAP) notes for treatment documentation
Conduct Treatment Assessments & measures (ex. PHQ-9)
Coordinate care & attend regular clinical supervision
Become an active & positive member of the Interdisciplinary Team
Continue to grow and develop in the professional role
When appropriate, engage in leadership opportunities
