Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC)

Salary and Benefits

• Fee for service rate is $44.00 (No Benefits)
• W2 Position
• Malpractice Insurance Is Covered By Employer
• No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call Duties

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• 1 Hour Patient Visits
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct mental health assessments and crisis interventions as needed
• Offer clinical consultation and support for patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Requirements

• Clear and active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Florida
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
