Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT)

This position provides the chance to work in either the Bangor, ME locations, offering care to diverse populations while contributing to an integrated care model. Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $93,500
• Quarterly Bonus: $2,500 based on meeting quality standards (Provider Recognition Program for High-Quality Performance)
• Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $10,000 to $15,000 (depending on experience)
• Relocation Bonus: Available if applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to patients of all ages in a primary care setting
• Comfortably manage patients with dual diagnoses
• Facilitate substance use disorder (SUD) groups as needed
• Offer trauma-informed care, collaborating with primary care providers in a dynamic, flexible environment
• Participate in warm hand-offs and quick consults to provide timely care
• Contribute to holistic patient care alongside an experienced care team

Requirements

• Licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maine (conditional licensure considered)
• Experience working in an integrated care model is preferred
• Passion for serving underserved and vulnerable populations
• Comfort working in a dynamic and collaborative care environment
