    Our Mental Health Community Based Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and developing our community-based staff members. You will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for program continuation and growth. This position requires knowledge of policies and procedures, payer expectations, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and great communication. Must have experience as a Case Manager/Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist, and must have a bachelor's degree to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    · Supervise and oversee all aspects of the community-based department while following the agency mission, demonstrated by setting departmental goals and objectives.

    · Evaluate and monitor existing processes to maximize efficiency for the community-based department.

    · Ensures delivery of services as identified in the community-based treatment plan.

    · Ensures proper documentation is occurring for all community-based services in client’s health record as established by the Idaho Behavioral Health Plan (IBHP), payers, and IDAPA.

    · Provides individual one on one’s to assigned staff.

    · Collaborates routinely with Management, Community Based providers, clients and other key personnel as identified as essential to client care.

    · Hiring, supervision, evaluation, scheduling, promotion, corrective action of personnel.

    · Develop, plan, and implement strategies to manage program growth to ensure sustainability.

    · Regularly review program services to meet client needs, oversight of program evaluation and quality assurance functions including assessment of professional requirements and monitoring treatment plans for clients.

    · Ensure contract compliance for personnel.

    · Work with other members of the management team to assure successful communication and

    coordination between all services.

    · Must be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality to work.

    · Represent Primary Behavioral Health Services in a professional manner.

    · Understand and follow all policies and procedures of Primary Behavioral Health Services.

    · Must have an attitude of friendliness and be able to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, and community members.

    · Maintains confidentiality of all client documents, files and communication in written, electronic and/or verbal form.

    · Create an organizational culture that respects and celebrates the diversity of our consumers.
