    Position Summary

    The Mental Health Consultation Program Manager oversees the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of a comprehensive infant and early childhood mental health consultation program aimed at supporting the social-emotional well-being of infants, young children, and their caregivers. The PM oversees quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the program ensuring activities are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and aligned with best practices.

    Requirements:

    Education

    Must be licensed with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) -OR- eligible to be registered with the CA Board of Psychology as a Registered Psychologist.

    Experience

    A minimum of two years’ clinical experience post-licensure required. Previous experience in program management, supervision, and staff development, preferably in the field of early childhood mental health. At least three years of experience providing mental health services to children zero to five years of age.
