Responsibilities: • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns and promote emotional well-being. • Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and goals to facilitate progress in therapy. • Administer customized therapy treatments incorporating a mix of traditional and alternative healing methods to support clients in achieving treatment goals. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients. • Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health counseling to enhance client outcomes. • Provide crisis intervention support when necessary. • Participate in off-site retreats, workshops, and groups if desired. Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Counseling or related field • Active NH State License in NH preferred but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions • Ability to work with diverse populations in a compassionate and empathetic manner • Maintaining your own Psychology Today profile Compensation: $60,000 - $82,000 yearly
