Join ITSCO for a unique combined role offering both in-office and in-school counseling services! We're hiring two dedicated professionals for this special position.

We're on the hunt for motivated, dynamic, and qualified counselors eager to provide top-tier counseling services to the youth of Colorado and beyond!

Responsibilities:

Split your time between providing care in-school or our offices.

Travel to and collaborate with assigned schools, fostering strong relationships with their staff and administration.

Establish and maintain a full-time caseload (please note: building a caseload could take 1-2 months, depending on your availability, experience, and modalities).

Provide high-quality, individual therapy sessions.

Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Participate in maintaining a supportive culture within our organization.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in mental health counseling.

Master's level education and licensure in mental health

Effective treatment modalities oriented towards children, adolescents, and teens.

Ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Unique Opportunities:

Enjoy a daytime primary caseload between 8am and 3pm.

Flexibility to add clients of any age in-person or virtual in addition to at least 3 days in schools.

Potential for pay incentives and bonuses.

Mileage reimbursement up to $2,000 per year.

+$20 per hour for weekend sessions (non-medicaid clients)

Therapists setting a base self-pay rate above $100 retain 90% of fees exceeding this amount.
