Job Description:
As a Mental Health Counselor at Life in Bloom Counseling, LLC, you will provide therapy to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. The ideal candidate is committed to a client-centered, strengths-based approach and is passionate about helping individuals achieve emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on clinical training and expertise
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies
Conduct initial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, or other relevant interventions
Collaborate with other clinicians and external professionals as needed to provide holistic care
Ensure ethical and HIPAA-compliant practices in all client interactions
Participate in supervision (if pre-licensed) and team meetings as required
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Licensed or working toward licensure in New Hampshire (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with modalities like EMDR, CBT, or DBT is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
