  • Responsibilities

    Work in an environment that is welcoming and appreciates good client care. We are looking for a licensed therapist to join our private group practice. This position is ideal for someone who loves the camaraderie of working with other therapists with admin support to help with billing, scheduling, and admin support. Once you're off the clock, you don't need to worry about additional tasks or duties. This is a hybrid position, with the opportunity to work from home on some days. The office manages administrative duties, including scheduling new clients, billing, and fee collections. We are flexible with time commitments and don't require evenings or weekends (unless it's your preference). Responsibilities: • The clinician will be in charge of client caseloads which include initial assessments, treatment planning, meeting clinically appropriate goals, and meeting with clients as clinically necessary • The clinician will be in charge of having their own liability insurance and valid Board license, keeping up with all continuing education requirements • Clinician sets their own hours and complete session notes and additional documentation in an appropriate timeframe for billing purposes • Respond to emails from our company to help manage your caseload in an efficient manner Qualifications: • Must have good time management skills in completing documentation in appropriate time, according to insurance and AZBBHE criteria • Must hold valid Arizona license: LISAC, LMFT, LAMFT, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LAC • Independent-level license preferred • Must have at least 1 year of post-graduate school experience with direct client contact • Must be available to work at least 12 clinical hours per week • Must be available at least 2 days a week for in-person sessions in Tucson, AZ • Must have relevant experience in working with adults or children dealing with general mental health symptoms in private practice or mental health agency setting • Compensation varies based on license type Compensation: $45 - $85 yearly
