TBAC Group is not a traditional group psychology practice in that we operate in a clinic setting and are all full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) on a collaborative team. With over 20 full-time counselors, we educate, collaborate, and assist one another with cases and consultation. All of our counselors treat all ages Qualifications: • Master's degree in Counseling or related field • License or Registered Intern License in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent • Experience in providing individual and group therapy • Strong communication and active listening skills • Knowledge of ethical guidelines and confidentiality practices Compensation: $65,000 - $91,000 yearly
