    Position Overview:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:
    - Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
    - Valid state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) or proof of eligibility for licensure.
    - Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting preferred.
    - Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
    - Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate records.
    - Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Experience working with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, LGBTQ+ community, etc.).
    - Bilingual skills are a plus.
