    Women and Family Wellness Studio is hiring an LMHC, LMHCA, LSW, LSWA, or CC to provide counseling and evidence-based parenting classes to high-risk families. Our agency contracts with the Department of Child Youth and Families (DCYF) to provide in-home counseling and support, also known as Family Preservation Services (FPS). Therapy sessions for these clients are provided over the phone, online via telehealth as needed, and in person at the client's home or public location. You must be willing and able to drive to meet the clients weekly. Phone calls and telehealth sessions can also be scheduled supplementally based on family needs. We also contract with the Department of Corrections (DOC) providing telehealth counseling to individuals who have been incarcerated but are now home with their children or are on a sentencing alternative. These sessions are scheduled online via telehealth. The therapist hired will be trained in The Incredible Years evidence-based parenting program to provide to parents in both of these contracts and for the general public. We are in the process of expanding classes out into the community more. These will be in person and online. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting families, works well independently, and is familiar with trauma-informed care. We are seeking a full-time position to be filled. Because this is a work-from-home position, the therapist is able to determine their work hours and schedule. The ideal candidate will also provide counseling to private pay clients based on the clientele of their preference; children, teens, adults, men, women, families, and/or couples. WFWS panels therapists with all major insurance companies. You must live in King, Snohomish, or Skagit County to apply. Benefits include: • Flexible work schedule • Home-based office • Paid sick time • Free quarterly mental health training for CEs • Free Clinical Supervision • A supportive work environment • Training in the evidence-based parenting program The Incredible Years, Opportunities to get trained in different psychotherapeutic practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, or Brain Mapping • Access to services offered at Women and Family Wellness Studio for free • Become paneled with insurance companies Responsibilities: • Provide counseling • Provide evidence-based parenting classes • Complete reports and case notes on client engagement and session documentation in a timely manner • Identify resources or referrals within the community that will help improve family function • Ability to identify risk and protective factors within the family • Ability to drive to client homes, call families, and offer zoom telehealth sessions to families • Complete CANS assessment • Meet with Clinical Supervisor Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance • Must be credentialed through the Washington State Department of Health as a LMHC, LMHCA, LSW, LSWA, CC • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with high-risk populations • Must have a computer with internet access and phone to allow you to work remotely from home • Competency in working with Trauma • Experience working with diverse populations or personal experience within the BIPOC community • Interest in growing with our team long-term • Able to be both self-directed and collaborative • Pass a background check prior to beginning work • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Ability to go up and down stairs and hills to get to client homes • Ability to set up and utilize Zoom meetings • Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support) • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $35 - $55 hourly
