Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing part time Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees and clinicians, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and providing DUI, Supervised Visitation and Counseling information and scheduling Intake appointments. The ideal candidate must be reliable and trustworthy; is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls
Provide information about our DUI program
Provide information about our Supervised Visitation Program
Schedule Intake appointments
Enter & Maintain DUI clients in Reliatrax
Submitting & Completing Credentialing for Clinicians
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Experience with DUI Programs a plus
Experience with Reliatrax a plus
Experience with Medical Billing a plus
Professional Conduct and Attire Required
Monitor UAs ( Urine Analysis )
Check In Patients
Collect Copayments
Schedule Appointments for Clinicians
Pull charts & Call Clients For Appointment Reminders
Miscellaneous General Office Duties
Must Pass Criminal Background Check
