Responsibilities: Your Responsibilities: • As a member of our team, you will provide therapy and conduct brief Neurofeedback check-ins. • Participation in weekly clinical rounds and consultation required. Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: • Must be fully licensed in the State of Connecticut (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) • Manage a therapy caseload with clients aligned to your interests and expertise. • Perform clinical intakes for individuals beginning neurofeedback or participating in brief diagnostic evaluations. • Administer brief computerized assessments of cognition and mood disorders. • Conduct therapy intakes for individuals seeking help with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other related conditions. • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner. • Actively engage in clinical consultation, neurofeedback rounds, supervision, and didactic training. • Learn how neurofeedback, when integrated with EMDR and other therapies, can lead to profound changes in clients' mental health. • Maintain organization, timeliness, and consistency in all aspects of job performance. • Should aspire for clinical excellence • Should align with the organization's values of Growth Mindset, Respect, Transformative Change, Integrity, Teamwork, and Being Present and Engaged Compensation: $45 - $55 hourly
