Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions and assessments
Ensure compliance with telehealth best practices and regulatory standards on federal and state level
Deliver signed ESA Letters to the company, using tools that are part of the company platform
Qualifications
Current, independent licensure as a mental health provider (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) in your state
Experience in clinical therapy; telehealth experience is a plus
Strong technical proficiency with digital health platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical care
Compensation and Contract
We provide a flat fee of $30 per 15 minute appointment equal to $120/hour.
You'll operate as an independent contractor under our MSA and BAA, ensuring clarity on scope, compensation, and patient privacy obligations.
No ongoing commitment is required beyond the assessments you choose to handle.
