The QMHP's are responsible for the provision of direct service care to clients and provides support and assistance to them in the community and home to stabilize current functioning. QMHP's are responsible for all client related direct service documentation and reports related to the Individual Service Plans. QMHP's will be responsible for submitting progress notes and discharges prior to client ending services. QMHP-A’s are responsible for ensuring that they receive a copy of the client's ISP to support documentations (Progress Notes). The QMHP's will assist clients with support to stabilize their mental health symptoms and links to ancillary community services, and advocates for the needs of clients. The QMHP's works with clients to support their ISP during the approved authorization period authorized by the client’s MCO to support clients' needs during their crisis. QMHP's participate in weekly supervision/ training to improve and enhance skill level.

EDUCATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Minimum Requirement for Qualified Mental Health Professional credentials:
A Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
QMHP A, QMHP-C and QMHP-T registration
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with clients with mental health conditions
