Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Registered NPI number
Registered Associate number (If pre-licensed)
CAQH account
Malpractice Insurance
Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy/social work license
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
