Schedule Information: • Full-time positions require Pre-Licensed Associate status to comply with training and licensing regulations • Office hours typically span from Mon - Fri 9 am - 8:30 pm, Sat and Sun 10 am - 6 pm • Full-time therapists manage 25 client hours per week • Flexibility is essential to meet client needs and uphold caseload requirements, including availability on evenings and weekends Work Location: Only fully licensed clinicians are eligible for hybrid/fully remote positions, as pre-licensed therapists are mainly required to offer on-site services due to regulatory standards and supervised training provided within the practice. Responsibilities: • Conduct mental health counseling sessions for clients, including individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions tailored to clinical needs. • Implement evidence-based interventions during therapy sessions to ensure effective treatment outcomes. • Engage in continuous training, consultation, and supervision to enhance the delivery of evidence-based treatments. • Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to facilitate goal achievement using evidence-based practices. • Provide case management services and coordinate referrals to other resources when necessary. • Work closely with healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care for clients. • Address client crises as they arise, following safety protocols and consulting with a clinical supervisor when needed. • Assist with referrals to different levels of care as appropriate. • Maintain accurate client records by completing training and documentation within 48 hours of each session. • Have the opportunity to mentor or supervise staff members. • Participate in mentorship programs for pre-licensed associates. • Receive additional training, consultation, and supervision in various evidence-based practices to broaden exposure to different treatment modalities. Qualifications: • A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or related field • Actively licensed or eligible for/working towards clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) • Pre-licensed applicants must have completed a Master's degree or within three (3) months of completing a degree at the time of the interview due to our highly competitive training program • Minimum of one year of experience providing client service in a professional counseling setting preferred. Compensation: $30,000 - $65,000 Depending on experience and licensing
