Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a variety of behavioral health concerns • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment goals and interventions • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed • Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical counseling and therapy techniques • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with special education needs • Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to promote positive behavior change • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling • Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pediatric clients Qualifications: • Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field • State licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations is a plus • Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions • Experience conducting research and utilizing research findings in clinical practice • Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed .
