Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to determine suitable treatment plans for clients in Ankeny, IA, US. • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to address various behavioral health concerns of clients. • Engage with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute treatment goals and interventions effectively. • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary by collecting and analyzing data regularly. • Implement evidence-based practices in clinical counseling and therapy methods. • Support individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with special education needs. • Offer behavioral therapy and interventions to foster positive behavior changes for clients. • Keep updated on the latest developments in mental health counseling through research and collaboration with healthcare professionals. • Work closely with pediatricians to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric clients at Full Heart Family Therapy.
