Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist, Fully Licensed MFT CPC or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team! This is a Salary position. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. This position will also offer to be a Clinic Director, if qualified. Our office is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are expanding a new center in San Bernardino, California. If you are Duo Licensed, we will use you at both locations. All travel expenses will be paid. However, this is not required. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, and have a flexible schedule, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and families

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Fully Licensed in MFT CPC or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
