About Us:
At The Community Lighthouse (TCL), we’re on a mission to heal the world—one child, one family, one therapist at a time. We empower children, families, and professionals to break cycles of trauma and build lasting change.
Why us? Because we believe you deserve meaningful work, a healthy work-life balance, and a team that supports your clinical growth. At TCL, healing isn’t just for our clients—it’s for our staff, too. We foster a positive, inclusive culture, celebrate creativity and Play!, and believe in showing up for one another—We’re ONE Team, no matter your role or license level.
If you're looking for a role where you can thrive as a clinician while being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.
Here’s What Our Team Says:
"The culture here is amazing! There's a strong sense of teamwork, and people genuinely support each other."
“The Community Lighthouse promotes self-care in their staff—finding ways to ensure you are not burning yourself out. Schedules can be flexible to fit most personal needs.”
“Management is exceptional. They respect me, make me feel valued, and provide protection and guidance.”

Our Values and Culture: At The Community Lighthouse, our values guide how we show up every day—for our clients, our coworkers, and ourselves:
Play! – Play is how we grow, connect, and overcome challenges. We bring joy and creativity into our work—not just for our clients, but for each other.
Healing & Wellness – Healing isn’t just something we offer—it’s something we live. We hold space for our clients, our team, and our own inner growth.
Relationships First – Trust is everything. We show up for our clients and each other with honesty, kindness, and an open heart.
Stay Curious – We seek to understand before we assume. We choose curiosity over judgment, believing in each other’s best intentions.
Dare to Lead – Leadership is about showing up as our whole selves. We lead with vulnerability, take responsibility, and lift others as we grow.
Invest in Growth – True growth starts within. We challenge ourselves to evolve—personally, professionally, and as a team.
We’re ONE Team – No silos. No egos. We win together, we struggle together, and we support each other—always.
Training and Development: We are dedicated to your professional growth, offering PAID TRAINING in:
Circle of Security (COS)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Compensation:
We welcome applicants with temporary or provisional licenses!
LMHC / LMSW / AMFT: $65,500 – $85,000 annually ($40–$45/hr)
LPCC / LCSW / LMFT: $82,000 – $104,000 annually ($50–$55/hr)
Compensation is based on experience, licensure and availability.
W-2 vs. Contractor:
Know the difference! We offer a W-2 position with paid admin time, supervision, training, and full benefits—unlike contractor roles, where you're responsible for taxes, unpaid time, and receive little to no support.
Most therapists only compare session rates—but here’s the real math:
$40/hour as a contractor = $55/hour with us (you earn $15 more per hour)
$55/hour as a contractor = $75/hour with us (you earn $20 more per hour)
This includes your hourly wage plus paid benefits, admin time, supervision, training, and time off—not just your client sessions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and services
Develop treatment plans and make referrals to other programs as necessary
Maintain clinical standards and compliance with agency/state guidelines
Participate in team meetings and supervision to support high-quality care
Complete documentation, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes
