Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCISW, or LMFT) to join our team! In this role, you will provide diagnostic assessments and therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Responsibilities

Perform intake/diagnostic assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate therapy

Maintain accurate and HIPAA compliant documentation

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current license (LPCC, LCISW, or LMFT)

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and organized
