    About Us Rose Serenity Wellness Center Inc. is a small, private mental health clinic in Jupiter, FL, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families. We are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern to join our team. This part-time, 1099 position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in both in-person and telehealth outpatient counseling within a supportive and collaborative practice.

    Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist and Registered Interns to join our team! In this role, provide outpatient counseling services to a diverse client base, primarily focused on individual therapy but also serving families and couples. Sessions will be conducted both in-person and through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Additionally, this role involves fieldwork, requiring the intern to meet clients in community settings such as schools, homes, or other public locations as needed. If you are a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, we offer free supervision hours toward your licensure.

    Pay $25.00 - $60.00 per hour clinical hours based on experience

    Expected Hours 10 – 40 per weeks

    Schedule

    Monday to Friday

    Weekends as needed

    Responsibilities

    Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children in a private practice setting, both in person and via telehealth.

    Provide mobile mental health services, meeting clients at schools, homes, or other public settings as required.

    Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation for each client session, utilizing clinical terminology.

    Collaborate with qualified supervisors and team members to develop effective treatment plans.

    Engage with clients professionally and respectfully, ensuring culturally competent and sensitive care.

    Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

    Current and unrestricted LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT OR RMHCI, RCSWI

    Realiable vehicle & liability insurance required

    Experience 2-5 years in the mental health field

    Language Skills Must be fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish as well is preferred but not required.

    Mobility Ability to travel within the community to meet clients as needed.

    Documentation Skills Proficient in clinical note-taking and terminology.

    Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Highly organized
