We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you’ll do what you do best—help clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and find their path to healing. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a similar field

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Active IL license (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC)

Available 32 hours per week with the expectation of holding at least 25 clinical hours
