Training and Development:
We are dedicated to your professional growth, offering PAID TRAINING in:
Experiential Play Therapy (EPT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Functional Family Therapy (FFT)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
In addition to training, you’ll receive PAID CEUs for continuous development.
Compensation:
We welcome applicants with temporary or provisional licenses!
LMHC/LMSW/AMFT: $65,500 - $83,000 annually ($40-$45 per hour)
LPCC/LCSW/LMFT: $82,000 - $101,000 annually ($50-$55 per hour) Compensation is based on experience, education, and licensure.

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and services.
Develop treatment plans and make referrals to other programs as necessary.
Develop treatment plans and make referrals to internal and external programs based on individual and family needs.
Maintain clinical standards and compliance with agency/state guidelines.
Participate in team meetings and supervision to support high-quality care.
Complete documentation, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
