At Mana, we’ve been empowering youth since 2008—helping young adults aging out of foster care and juvenile corrections transition into independent living. Over the years, we've expanded our services to include CBRS, Counseling, Case Management, Medication Management, Residential Habilitation, and more! We're all about building stronger communities by offering support and resources that help individuals and families thrive with resilience, recovery, and empowerment.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Youth Mentors to guide and support young adults as they make the leap from foster care or juvenile corrections to living on their own. You'll teach them life skills like:

If you love making a difference and want to be a positive role model, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

A high school diploma (or equivalent)

    A clean criminal background check

A reliable driving record, with proof of a valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration (mileage reimbursed)

First Aid/CPR certification (we’ll help you get it)

A knack for working with youth and being a solid role model
