    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mercedes-Benz Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automobiles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to build relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in navigating our extensive Mercedes-Benz inventory, providing them with the information and guidance needed to make informed purchasing decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet customers and develop a rapport to understand their needs and preferences regarding Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

    - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product line, including features, specifications, and financing options.

    - Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of each model.

    - Assist customers in the formulation of financing options and arrangements, ensuring a smooth and transparent purchasing process.

    - Follow up with prospective buyers to answer questions and guide them through the decision-making process.

    - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs established by the dealership management.

    - Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.

    - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.

    - Participate in dealership events and promotions to maximize outreach and sales opportunities.

    - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or a related field is preferred.

    - Previous sales experience in the automotive industry, particularly luxury vehicles, is highly desirable.

    - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    - A customer-centric mindset with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

    - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    - Proficient in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
