    About the Position

    As a Meridian University Admissions Advisor you will bridge the gap between intrigue and action.
    In this role, you will guide prospective students through the application process, communicate program and education specifics, field questions and concerns, facilitate ongoing and engaging conversation, and conduct events designed to inform and inspire.

    Classification: Full Time
    Location: On site at Meridian University's Bay Area Center in Petaluma

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher

    • Experience providing not just customer service, but customer support

    • Ability to recognize the unique needs of each individual and provide a personalized advising experience

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • A go-getter attitude

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Excellent time-management, and project-management skills

    • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

    • Ability to work independently

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Salesforce

    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
