The Customer Support Representative is responsible for processing inbound customer calls. Taking inbound ACH payments for accounts under 16 days past due including correspondence. Provide payoffs to consumers and dealers while complying with bank policy and procedures. Provide support to the Recreation Lending Department. Is knowledgeable of and complies with all state and federal collection laws and procedures. Responsible for answering and following up with the Customer Support email inbox, and could support the recreation lending department in other tasks Â
