The ideal applicant will have a thorough comprehension of civil procedure, evidence, trial advocacy, and a track record of real court appearances. Responsibilities: • Draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, prepare for and attend trials and arbitrations • Ability to be self-reliant while working in tandem with others • Having a genuine love for the practice of law and a readiness to take responsibility • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas Qualifications: • We are looking for attorneys who can take on a lot of responsibility and display a great attitude, detail orientation, and dedication to client service • Intellectual engagement and a strong commitment to excellence are essential for this role • An active license to practice law in Texas is required Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
