We are a 20-year strong and growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce company looking for an awesome Digital Marketing Strategist. Are you up to the challenge? This marketing specialist should have 5+ years of digital marketing experience, 5+ years of E-Commerce B2C marketing experience. This person directly works with the Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce creating marketing strategies and implementing the marketing plan. If you are a data-driven marketer, then this is the role for you. Responsibilities: • Develops and executes targeted marketing strategies to increase website traffic, revenue, and ROI • Develops strategy for email targeting and segmentation • Develops and creates drip campaigns and segmented email campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and retention • Leads 3rd Party marketplace marketing efforts (Amazon/Etsy/Wayfair Walmart, etc.) driving increased revenue and ROI • Manages Google Ads agency relationship and drives 5.5+ ROAS • Works with agencies or internal teams on Paid social and Affiliate/Influencer marketing. • Drives continuous improvements in KPIs across all marketing channels using Google Analytics • Communicate with external partners and vendors on ongoing strategies, program optimizations, budgets, reporting, and testing Qualifications: 5+ Years as a digital marketing strategist, or specialist INCLUDING 3+ Years B2C e-commerce marketing experience at an agency or similar role in which multiple e-commerce brands have been worked on. • Bachelor’s or higher degree in digital marketing, internet marketing, or other applicable degree • Demonstrated experience developing targeted email marketing campaigns • Demonstrated experience driving targeted, converting traffic to websites • Must be results-oriented – with a high degree of personal initiative • Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and focus on impact • Proficiency with Google Analytics • Successful customer segmentation experience • Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and focus on impact • Demonstrated ability to measure, track, and work with teams remotely • Experience generating awareness AND conversions via Paid Social
