Salary Information: Full-time, 215 days per year, $14.42 per hour plus benefits

- Ability to operate standard office equipment and office tools for clerical duties

Minimum work experience and education:
High School diploma or equivalent degree and at least one year of office experience.
Job list includes (but is not limited to):
- Open office by 7:30 each morning
- Answer phones
- Answer parent and student questions
- Write passes and copy them for teachers as needed
- Take daily attendance in Infinite Campus
- Email teachers about homework for absent students as requested by parents
- Locate students and pass along information
- Collect money, write receipts, and maintain updated student fees in Infinite Campus
- Provide parents with Infinite Campus support
- Assist with distributions
- Efficiently copy and distribute hard copies of communications to be sent home
- Report cards go out twice a year
- Send out automated phone calls to parents when needed
- Keep all James Irwin schools informed of any calls we send out
- Communicate with the D11 lunch staff
- After successfully completing our health training, you will -
- Administer medication
- Help students when sick
- Keep track of health records and input in Infinite Campus
- Hold parents accountable for shot records
- Coordinate shadow dates with students
- Coordinate with copy representative for copier repairs and supplies
- Support administration as needed with various tasks
- Answer questions concerning the enrollment, withdrawal and waiting list for registrar’s office.
- Call out and sign out students leaving for school-related activities
