St. Stephen's Episcopal School, a day and boarding school of 710 students (grades 6-12), will be hiring Middle (6-8) and Upper School (9-12) Teaching Faculty for the 2025-26 school year, which begins on August 1, 2025.

We are looking for talented educators who are dynamic, inquisitive, continually advancing their knowledge, utilize a variety of teaching methods, are technologically proficient, and love working closely with energetic students and dedicated colleagues.

Teaching Faculty are responsible for:

• Teaching 4 sections of their designated subject;
• Contributing to two other areas of school life, including athletic or extracurricular programs;
• Serve as a student advisor, supervise students during lunchtime, study halls, recess periods (if applicable), afternoon activities, library, Chapel and assembly programs required of the students, chaperone at student events, participate in student retreats, community service days, and attend team meetings, as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in their teaching subject or a closely related field and teaching experience in grades 6-8.
