As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the company having direct contact (via phone) with consumers on a daily basis providing recommendations and aligning on payment solutions which satisfy the consumer needs and the account obligations. Success in this role requires great communication skills, a customer first mentality and strong attention to detail. Worried you don’t have Account Management experience, don’t be!
