    MCI is looking for hard-working, self-sufficient, and reliable individuals with experience in the wireless industry who enjoy working from heights to fill our Tower Technician I & II positions.

    Our hourly rates for experienced:

    Tower Tech I & II pays up to $30 (depending on experience)

    Some of your responsibilities and expectations for both positions are:

    - Ability to use tools or equipment safely and properly
    - Assist your team with maintaining a safe and organized work environment
    - Understand quality and installation requirements
    - Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
    - Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
    - Maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers, the public and management
    - Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
    - Attend safety meetings and follow company & safety policies

    Additional responsibilities and expectations for Top Hands:

    - Listen to and perform tasks as directed by your Foreman/Manager.
    - Take the needed deliverables required in a timely fashion

    Requirements:

    - Must have experience with climbing & ability to use climbing gear and PPE properly
    - Must be able to lift/carry 70lb
    - Must have full body mobility: twisting, turning, and working for extended periods on feet
    - Must be able to work at various heights regularly
    - Have basic math skills & speak/understand English
    - Ability to work in ALL weather conditions for extended periods of time
    - Pass a Criminal Background Check
    - Acceptable Driving Record & a Driver's License
    - Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when necessary
    - Must pass a pre-employment and random drug tests
    - Ability to work out of the state of Minnesota when necessary
