We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both solid and flux core wire, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a strong work ethic. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $19.25/hr-$23.00/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Talladega, AL 35160

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding using solid or flux core wire as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements and specifications
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components with accuracy
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in reading and understanding fabrication drawings and weld symbols
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Solid knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures
