Needed: Hungry Roofing Sales Representative

The Sales Representative Will

• Get trained on the most effective ways to sell roofs and more
• Get trained on the personal and professional habits needed to make $100,000+ per year

What the Sales Representative will do

• Go through a one week bootcamp training (on-line & job-site) on how to sell roofs, and other exterior home products
• Generate and close your own leads through neighborhood door knocking, canvassing, cold calling, and networking
• Receive and close company-generated leads
• Become an expert in roofs
• NOTE: must be willing and able to door knock and climb on 2-story roofs to perform inspections.

Requirements for the Sales Representative

• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Must be able to carry a ladder and do on roof assessments
• 1 Year of outside sales experience
• Construction or Roofing experience preferred but not required
• Achieve a minimum of $100,000 in monthly contracted sales, that is actual jobs turned into build.
• Minimum monthly threshold would equate to approximately $1M in revenue in a calendar year. This would be our goal, target and quest of each industry sales associate.

Sales Representative Compensation:

• $500/week training pay for the first 4 weeks
• Make $8K - $20K per month (commission based only). This 1099 position offers you an earning potential that is only limited by your effort and abilities; however, the right candidate should be able to realistically make $75,000 to over $150,000/yr.
